2008 Mac Pro (3,1) Big Sur install repeatedly boots to the Recovery screen?

• I tried to update my computer and now my Mac can’t find its SSD.
• Backup/clone question
• Opencore monterey on imac 11,2 from 2010 graphical glitching

I used the default settings, made sure to select 3,1, and followed the guide.
