Unable to RUN OCLP SIP is enable Big Sur Ivy Brige H61 anyone can help pls

Motherboard Digilite DL-H61MXP

Processor i3 3rd gen Ivy Brige

Ram 6GB

GFX Nvidia Tesla 210

installed Big Sur showing only 5mb

unable to run OpenCore legacy patcher due to SIP is enable i try to disable using CSR active config= 67000000

then showing error OpenCore: Driver at 0 cannot be loaded - unsupported!

Halting on critical error

and if i used CSR active config =00000000 then Big Sur boot properly but only showing 5mb Graphics

i attached my efi please disable SIP and fix this error
