Where can I start learning stuffs I need, to install macos?

Sorry, I’m new to hackintosh. I’ve been looking to get some resources, to install macos on this machine: (Laptop) Ryzen 5 7640HS, RTX 3050 6gb, 32GB DDR5, 1TB SSD

1. Can these specs run macos?
2. Is it possible to install mac along windows? If not, can be installed on a VM?
3. What should I be aware of?
