Trying to Reimage my 2017 iMac - hanging

I have a 2017 iMac with OCLP installed, the system was native up to Ventura, with OLCP I have Sonoma installed.

Long story not worth getting into, I need to reimage. My plan was to use the Apple recovery tool to get a Ventura baseline, then install OCLP, then finally put Sonoma on it.

I started this process about 2 hours ago and now I see this:

Where do I go from here? Should I just try to restart the system and see where I stand or should I let this keep going? The USB-C Gigabit NIC is showing activity but in my network console (Unifi) it looks like I am not seeing any activity up or down.

My biggest concern is that it hasn't moved from "starting up" yet.
