[HELP] Nothing else then OpenShell.efi isn't displaying in the picker

Hello,

as I have said in the title, I cannot pick any other boot option then OpenShell. I already followed the guide in the troubleshooting guide, but with no luck.

• MacOS Version - Sonoma - 14
• Laptop - Lenovo V130-15IKB
