How do I fix this?

When I boot into oclp EFI I see two drivers as it should. 1. One Sonoma 2. One Windows 3. And ufie boot partition. Everything is normal! (Pic 1)

After booting into oclp my windows drive expand to three! (Pic 2) Jo Only one is real. The other two are ghosts.

How do I remove the “ghost dives”?
