Unable to open any file (OCLP 1.3.0, iMac14,1, Ventura 13.6)

I keep getting this error when trying to open any file. It also has the side effect of making it near to impossible to restore.

Any thoughts?

Edit: should also note that I upgraded to a 1T Toshiba SSD back when I originally switched to OCLP
