Upgraded to 5950x from 3950x - Slow GUI / Bad Video Performance

Mojave - Gigabyte X570 Aorus Master - Vega 64

Has been my video editing machine for years. Just swapped new CPU in. Boots but GUI is a little laggy and video is stuttery in iMovie.

Havnt changed my boot usb and used same BIOS settings.
