Hi all, I'm new to the sub. Can someone help me diagnose what’s causing this?

I’m upgrading from Montery to Sonoma on a Lenovo X1C3. I’ve used Munki's InstallMacOS utility script to download the full Sonoma installer (12gb) and followed the guide to create a bootable usb. But now it’s stuck at:
