Both Windows and Mac on same SSD?

I’m sorry if this is a stupid question. I’ve never hackintoshed anything. Is it possible to do the Hackintosh on one SSD and have a regular Windows install on the original SSD the laptop came with and just switch between the two? Or does OpenCore make this impossible?

Also, can I partition the SSD and put the Hackintosh on one partition and Windows or Linux on the other partition? Or is that only possible by going the BootCamp route?
