Ryzen 5 5600G is pain to deal with

I have been trying to install Big Sur on my new PC which has:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics

MB: MSI B450 VDH_MAX

RAM: 8 * 2 3200MHz Team Vulkan CL16

I have managed to run the installer for once and from then I could not run it ... I tried several tutorials and guides but no luck ... I am sick of it as I need it asap and I thought the community could be more helpful :(
