My 27" late 2013 iMac with the i5-4570 is always running on 3,2Ghz - no speedstep down in idle and no power boost up to 3,6Ghz on high load.
In fact the fan never (!) turns faster then the baseline of 1200rpm and the CPU load in geekbench is around 50% only - which results in a terrible result of only half the geekbench points that this iMac should achieve.
I'm running Big Sur via OCLP - can this be the reason? Is this problem known? Or can I somehow chance this behaviour?
