So, a few days ago I made a post asking about my laptop, the only unsupported thing I have is my Intel WiFi Adapter (* Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 AC HMC WiFi Adapter). After getting some help and reading Dortania's OpenCore Guide; turns out that, if you know how to follow a tutorial and what you're doing (I study IT and programming), everything is as easy (at least for the first part) as creating the installer, looking up for your hardware, using MountEFI to put OpenCore on the USB Stick with macOS, then add the Kexts and ACPIs that your computer needs. Then everything that follows should be just patching which, in my opinion, could be the hardest part.
This post was mainly to encourage beginners who can make a Hackintosh to change a bit the mindset to "This will be a nightmare to make" to "I'll be fine as long as I follow the guide and don't screw up nothing.". Also, since I'm a beginner myself, I wanted to ask the professionals out there, what do you think of my current approach? Any clarifications and feedback you could give would be welcome. I know that this is just the beginning of my, and many others, trip. And, as any other human, I could be wrong about something in this post.
TLDR: So far I see it as something not that difficult to make. And if you know how to read or had any experience with some complex software/hardware stuff you're good to go. As long as you follow the guide and don't mess up, obviously.
