AMD 6800 11gen i5 z590 losing display signal halfway through booting on apple logo? What's the problem?

I was following this guide, I updated my bios to 1601 and used their EFI. I tried 2 USB (one with Ventura other has Monterey)

Both halfway through the Apple logo my display loses signal and turned black and says no signal. I tried 1 with a display port monitor and another monitor with HDMI both did the same thing.

Anyone have an idea why this happens and what I can do to fix this?

  1. The issue you're experiencing with losing display signal halfway through the booting process on the Apple logo can be caused by various factors. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:

    1. Verify BIOS settings: Ensure that your BIOS settings are properly configured for Hackintoshing. Make sure that you have the correct settings for your motherboard, such as enabling UEFI boot mode, disabling secure boot, and setting SATA mode to AHCI.

    2. Check your EFI configuration: Double-check your EFI configuration and make sure that it is correctly set up for your specific hardware. Ensure that you have the necessary kexts, ACPI patches, and driver configurations for your system.

    3. Try different boot flags: Experiment with different boot flags in your boot loader configuration. Common boot flags to try include "-v" (verbose mode for detailed boot logs), "-x" (safe mode), "-f" (force cache rebuilding), and "-npci=0x2000" or "-npci=0x3000" (PCI configuration fix).

    4. Update your GPU drivers: Make sure you have the latest GPU drivers installed for your AMD 6800 graphics card. Check the manufacturer's website or the Hackintosh community for any specific driver recommendations or updates.

    5. Test with different SMBIOS: Try using different SMBIOS configurations in your EFI. This can be done by changing the "SystemProductName" value in your config.plist. Experiment with different Mac models to see if it improves compatibility during boot.

    6. Check for hardware compatibility: Ensure that your hardware is compatible with Hackintoshing. Verify that there are no known issues or incompatibilities with your specific GPU, CPU, or motherboard.

    7. Seek help from Hackintosh communities: If you've tried the above steps and are still experiencing issues, it can be helpful to seek assistance from Hackintosh communities or forums. Other users with similar hardware configurations may have encountered the same issue and found a solution.

Keep in mind that Hackintoshing can be a complex process, and it may require some trial and error to achieve a stable and functioning system. Make sure to follow reliable guides and backup your data before making any changes to your configuration.
