What is the easiest upgrade path from High Sierra to Ventura? Clover vs Opencore? Nvidia to Radeon plus ram upgrade.

With my machine being on High Sierra the last time I installed MacOS was about 5 years ago, so I am looking for advice about which path to follow to upgrade to Ventura.

I never upgraded from HS as I had a Nvidia GTX 1060 graphics card and the machine was working just as a raid and plex server. I now have a better use for the machine, so i am in the process of an upgrade.

I have just bought some new ram and graphics card for it and now wish to update the OS and was wondering which method would be easiest for me. I am guessing that would be fresh install, but not sure which method would be easiest. I did use Clover in the past but has been so long now it doesnt matter.

Specs are as follows.
Asus ROG STRIX Z370-G motherboard
Intel Core i7-8700K Processor (Coffee Lake)
Patriot Viper 4 Blackout Series DDR4 64GB (2 x 32GB) 3600MHz
Sapphire Radeon RX 6600 8GB PULSE Graphics Card

Components being replaced are HyperX Predator 16 GB DDR4 3200 MHz RAM Kit (2x 8GB) and ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1060 6GB

Also any advice on kext set up will also be appreciated.

Thanks
