TRIM problems with FireCuda 530 SSD?

Having issues with slow boot and wondering if anyone has verifiable information about the compatibility status of FireCuda 530 SSDs.

I run Ventura beta with OC 0.8.3, but my issues started with Monterey. AsRock Z490 ITX, 10700K. FileVault is enabled.

Recently swapped out my WD SN750 for a FireCuda 530 NVMe SSD. Boot times got noticeably longer. Specifically, this is boot to OpenCore boot picker AND boot to FV unlock screens.

Tried disabling TRIM, but I don’t get consistent improvements in boot times.

I see that Seagate lists the 530 as being fully Max compatible. I’m wondering what I’m missing.
