By favorite budget I mean one that’s sub $250, somewhat easy to setup OOB, and one you’d use as a daily driver? My personal favorite comes in at $125 on eBay for a used one in excellent condition with my build costing $175 for a broadwell i5, 12gb of ram, a 480gb ssd, and a 1080p ips display. It’s a Dell Latitude E5450 and everything but airdrop works natively in macOS Monterey.
