Gratitude post to the r/hackintosh community.

Hey guys! I just wanted to share that after two years of hackintoshing on my Acer Nitro 5 Spin with almost everything except Wi-Fi working I’m actually moving to M2 MacBook Air for the native experience.

This community was my real home in Reddit where I actually started exchange of knowledge with you guys. Criticism as well as appreciation is handled in such a good way here, that I think I’d be better schooling myself here than a real school. I know some might think what’s the point of this post, but I felt incomplete not thanking u guys to bring me into a geeky community and just showing me the true flavours of macOS which has now forced me to move to a real mac.

I’d still stay a part of this community as long as it exists however it’s sad cuz I don’t have any more non Apple hardware to hackintosh on to keep seeing what the OC devs create. I’m sure this is one of the most ambitious reverse engineering projects ever and they have done a great job in doing so. This shall be my last post on r/Hackintosh.

So long nerds! ✌🏻
