Big Sur Install - Bless failed with error num: 3

Hey guys, the installation of Big Sur gets down to about 11min and throws an error as seen in attached photos. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

I have tried clearing CMOS, installing on both APFS and MEJ and updating to latest version of clover and no luck.
