The device had been running on Big Sur 11.0.1 for more than one year before updating to 11.6.1. Since the old config.plist file didn't work on the new Big Sur version, I did some changes on the plist file.
The new config.plist file can install or run a new Big Sur 11.6.1 on disk, and it even can import data from time machine.
