I thought id try and take the jump from Mojave to Big Sur and have been attempting to make a bootable USB using OpenCore 0.7.6 and Dortania's guides on building the EFI. Having followed everything for making a Coffee Lake build i go to boot from the USB and during the process it kernal panics when dealing with some USB related gumpf, upon restarting it seems to put my mobo into safe mode as well so im guessing it's upsetting something. Does anyone have any ideas whats going on here...
