I'm able to boot into the installer and format the disk with APFS. While installing the installer reboots at 12 minutes remaining mark. When it reboots the Opencore bootpicker only shows USB installer and not the SSD. Therefore leading me again to the starting point.
This is my config.plist without SMBIOS
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z390 gaming M
CPU: Intel Core i5 9600K
Graphics Card: MSI RX 580
RAM: 1x16 GB - Corsair Vengeance 3000mhz
Power Supply: Corsair 750 Watt
Hard Disk: Crucial MX500 SSD 1TB
