Facing error when trying to install big sur on ryzen laptop

Using:

Huawei Matebook D Ryzen 5 4500UIntegrated Radeon Graphics16GB RAMRealtek Wifi Card

Using https://manjaro.site/step-by-step-to-install-macos-big-sur-Hackintosh-on-amd-ryzen-system-using-OpenCore-0-6-3/ guide

Also using his config.plist and gone through it to check its all good http://fileshare.gmfcomputerservices.co.uk/config.plist

This file gets added to the root of the USB after choosing boot source http://fileshare.gmfcomputerservices.co.uk/OpenCore-2021-10-05-190449.txt

Disclaimer: I am new to hackintoshing and have never done it before but am keen to learn, please understand if I sound dumb or am overlooking something.
