I followed the OpenCore install guide. I've tried both Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina and Big Sur and seem to get stuck around the same thing.
I compiled the SSDTs with SSDT-TIME except for USBX. I'm using AWAC, EC, PLUG, USB-Reset, and USBX
Drivers: HfsPlus and OpenRuntime
Kexts: AppleALC, Lilu, LucyRTL8125Ethernet, SMCProcessor, SMCSuperIO, VirtualSMC, and WhateverGreen

So I always get to the point where the Kernel/verbose shows up. It starts off really quick, as it should, so I can't see much as its doing that. I do recognize the lines where the audio driver kicks in and GPU driver initialization (the 2 IOConsoleUsers lines). After that it starts moving A LOT slower and eventually just seems to stop. I will note that the harddrive I plan installing MacOS on isn't formatted yet. I assume Mac Recovery should be able to boot without that and I was waiting to get a Success ful boot before I formatted my drive.
And finally this is what the verbose typically looks like once it slows down to a halt. https://imgur.com/a/cTmnPXO
