someone i know is building a hackintosh, and we're trying to find an answer on M.2 slots but haven't found anything.
The Gigabyte Z490 Vision G has 6 sata ports, but it's my understanding that 3 of them will be deactivated if we populate both M.2 slots for dual booting. Does anyone know if this is correct, and if it is typical behavior for all z490 boards? they're going with 10th gen to maintain compatibility. if anyone could recommend an equally compatible board with more sata ports, that would be good too. Thanks.
