So I have a MacBook and reinstall my OS yearly because of things getting slow. The USB that i always keep in comes up when the prompt for choosing a Hard-Drive. So my question is that if i plug in a hard drive with a USB converter and install MAC OS on to it, will it work if i plug it into another pc?
