So I created an HFS+ partition on my SSD for Mac OS and created a boot USB for the hackintosh zone Sierra dmg file via TransMac. I have legacy and secure boot both disabled in the bios but I get a black screen when I boot from my USB. I've flashed the dmg file like 5 times now and there's clearly something wrong in what I'm doing here.
It shows a gray screen and then just doesn't turn on after that. Keyboard backlight stays on for some reason.
It's an HP Envy with a core i7 4510u and a GeForce GTX 850m.
