Bluetooth not working fully on Probook 4540s

Wifi and Handoff and all other continuity features are working but no devices show up in bluetooth when wanting to pair stuff.

HP Probook 4540s

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013)

Big sur 11.0.1

Card is: BCM4352HMB
