Error when updating from Big Sur 11.1 to 11.3 (OpenCore)

Error when updating from <a class='btn-link text-primary' href='/2020/12/install-macos-big-sur-on-supported-pc.html'>Big Sur</a> 11.1 to 11.3 (<a class='btn btn-link py-0' href='/p/opencore.html?id' target='_blank'>OpenCore</a>)

Hello,

I tried updating from 11.1 to 11.3. During the update, OpenCore had an additional entry called Macintosh HD (My guess, this contains the update). When booting from it I got the following error -

However, when I tried to boot into the macOS entry, I was able to boot into macOS and got an error saying that the update couldn't be installed, though I can use the mac like regular. By default OpenCore selects Macintosh HD.

So my queries are -

  1. How do I get the update up and running
  2. If I can't update, how do I remove the Macintosh HD parition?
