Suddenly no video output, when I start the computer the fans go up to full speed.

I had my hackintosh( i5 8600k, Sapphire AMD RX590) for some months and today I left it on Idle for maybe half an hour. When I came back I wanted to activate my computer again, but pressing my keyboard didnt work, the display said there was no input from my device, so i just cut off the power. Then I wanted to restart the pc just to hear my gpu fans ramp up to full speed and still seeing no image. Please help me

Edit: When I turn it off and on again, the gpu fans dont spin at all, when i turn it off and on after that, my gpu goes full speed again.
