Native Access issue

Hi,

Native Access from Native Instruments is crashing when I try to launch it on my system.
It's a Mac Pro 5,1 build, 2x3.33 x5680 CPUs, 96GB RAM, RX580 8GB Pulse Radeon graphics. I'm running Mojave 10.14.6 (latest OS my system supports).

I have raised a ticket with Native Instruments but after a couple of months of trying various things with them, they haven't been able to help me yet (ticket is still open).

I think it could be due to graphics. as you can see from the below portion of the crashlog (esp lines 13-15 on the crash thread), but I have no other issues with any other software and my system has been stable for a couple of years now. The same version of Native Access runs fine on a Macbook Pro and a Macbook Air and I have also tried different versions with the same result.

I have seen a few members who had experienced the same issue, so any help is appreciated.
