What caused the issue: I reset Windows via safe mode because of some other Windows problem (Windows is on a totally separate ssd.)
The problem: Every time I power on, I no longer have the option to boot into MacOS anymore--it just goes straight to Windows.
I had rEFInd installed which allowed me to select which OS to boot into but it's totally not showing anymore. Unfortunately, I set showpicker=false on OC when I initially set it up so I'm not getting a picker menu at all.
Through Windows, I was able to verify that the EFI folder for OC still exists but I don't know if it's possible to boot into it???
Not sure if this information is relevant either, but through BIOS Boot Options, the only available one is 'Windows Boot Manager'.
