Caddy failure issue

Hi All, am running macOS Big Sur 11.2.3 with OpenCore 0.6.8 (Beta)

Everything works nicely and smooth, no issues at all.

However, am facing weird issue, I use hdd on caddy in my optical drive unit, sometimes hdd stops responding and drives on HDD doesnt show up

after shutting down mac and restarting, it again appears and works fine, it happens after a couple of hours of using

am not really sure if its a macOS issue or my caddy, most likely its caddy or HDD, on windows, it doesnt happen so frequently, probably weekly or monthly I face that issue. So i want to know if a good caddy might fix this issue or its with my HDD?
