Have an Opencore6/RX 580/Big Sur with abismal GPU performance in games.
Other day added AMD Power Gadget kexts to my setup with ProperTree.
I also added RadeonBoost, having read some reports of performance increases.
A) is this kext still valid as ive read that Apple did some changes in Catalina that deem it unnecessary
B) loading the kext by adding to Library Extensions didnt work as it would freeze on boot. So i added it to config.plist instead (no other changes than adding entry after Kernel Add or so) but dont see kext loaded/listed with kextinfo etc ?
