Help with gaming cpu temps

CPU | [Intel Core i7-8700K 3.7 GHz 6-Core Processor]| Motherboard | [ASRock Z390 Phantom Gaming 4 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard] Video Card | [MSI GeForce RTX 2080 8 GB GAMING X TRIO Video Card]

Just bought a lightly used Ibuypower PC (built/bought Dec '19) with the above specifications. Idle CPU temp is 35-40C. ~40C while browsing. While running Flight Simulator 2020, temp easily gets up to 90-95C (not on the highest setting). I do understand that this is one of the most if not the most demanding games out there but I figured I have a decent setup. There is a stock AIO Ibuypower Liquid Cooler (cannot find the model). I have taken it apart and cleaned it; and I applied new thermal paste to it. On BIOS it shows the pump running at ~3900 RPM (I have it set on full speed- plugged into CPU fan 1 on M/B). I have even attempted to plug it in to the Chassis Fan 1/Water pump and set the setting to Water Pump DM Full speed mode- this made it worse. Obviously the pump hasn't failed but I can't figure out what I'm missing. I have 3 intake fans on the front end, with radiator at rear top with push/pull fans on either side and an additional exhaust fan out the top back. I am very new to the PC world, and have spent a good bit of time reading. Even though I settled for a used PC at a steal price, I have enjoyed making it my own and learning as I go. Some expert opinions/advice is greatly appreciated, I'll answer any questions best I can.
