Newbie asking about Hardware Compatibility

HI! I am planning to build a Hackintosh using this hardware

intel 9th gen i3 asus ex-h310m mobo

Would this work for either Big Sur or Success' href='/2020/12/install-macos-catalina-on-supported-pc.html'>Catalina?

Also, I currently own a macbook pro 15 2015 so I guess it would be easier right?
