Ivy Bridge OC 0.6.5 Overclocking SSDT-PM ssdtPRGen

I have a 3570K that's overclockable to 4.2 gHz without any voltage PLL.

In mavericks with Chameleon the turbo works to 4.2gHz.

High sierra iStat frequency shows 3.9gHz. I changed the turbo to 4200 in debug .AML from ssdtPRGen I compiled with MacASL in "debug".

Please let me know how to increase turbo Boost. I have already in BIOS.
