After a whole week of troubleshooting I finally got my XPS 15 7590 with the i5-9300h, GTX 1650 (disabled in macOS), 8gb ram and a external 500gb WD passport ssd, to run MacOS catalina, but theres some issues battery doesnt seem to monitor properly ie no estimated runtime.
