Tried to upgrade to Big Sur... Just stalls on the Apple Logo loading screen

Hello. I need advice in what I am doing wrong with my Hackintosh. Basically, I currently have macOS Catalina 10.15.7 and everything works fine and dandy. When I tried the store app, it proceeds as usual, then reboots. Next, OpenCore 0.6.3 loads and chose Install macOS. I get the verbose boot text (-v boot flag setting), then a gray screen and an Apple Logo loading screen just stalling there. I tried to wait for quite sometime (maybe hours) but it just stalled.

When I looked in the logs, it has a mystery entry of :

"00:000 00:000 OC: Invalid SMBIOS update mode Auto"

Any pointers?
