Just wanted to share my excitement that I have my Ryzentosh build finally running great!
Hardware Overview:
Motherboard: Aorus b450m
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
RAM: 32GB (2x16GB DDR4)
GPU: Radeon RX 580 (8 GB)
WIFI/AirPlay: Hackintosh WiFi Card BCM94360CD (Found on Amazon)
Storage: 512 GB NVMe
For the longest time I was having very annoying screen freezes, and I had no idea what I was doing wrong. I finally figured out that it was because I was overclocking my processor and my RAM in the BIOS.
As soon as I set the processor and RAM speeds back to default settings in the BIOS it completely fixed the screen freezes. I am running everything great. Including doing FCPX editing with my audio plugins working and everything.
Very exciting!
