I’m new to hackintosh, I’ve been recently thinking about adding a ssd to the 2.5 bay where you can an extra storage on the 2019 base model (extra nvme slot for 2020 model).
I plan on getting the 860 evo, not sure if it is compatible. If anyone can confirm it would be awesome.
With that being said, I would like to know if I can do a dual boot with windows(original m2 nvme)/hackintosh Catalina or Big Sur (additional ssd)
And if it is possible, what can I expect to be different with the installation process from one like this?

I read on a reddit comment(~100 days old) that the BIOS is locked? Not sure if this is legitimately the case if someone can confirm.
