Hey will get some NUC components but did hold my descission a bit seing the new M1 Mac mini. Ahh it will in the end be the price of at least 3 NUC’s so i might still go into the NUC hackingtosh world. The really interesting thing about the M1 is the video capabilities though.
Anyhow what is your feeling / prognosis on getting Big Sur to run stable on the NUC’s ?
