Newbie to hacintosh trying to dual boot on Lenovo Legion 5 laptop

Hello, I’m new to hackintosh and now I’m having laptop Lenovo Legion 5 with Ryzen 5 4600h, GTX160,16GB ram and running Windows 10 home

May I know what is the best step and guide to dual boot my laptop so i can use both windows 10 and mac OS big sur. Or maybe if big sur is not suitable? What should i go with.

I want to gaming and using CAD software on windows and having daily browsing and others features that can be optimized in mac os as i have an iPhone.
