macOS Big Sur Cannot Be Installed On This Computer HELP!

I use the following command in Terminal, which partitioned my disk:
diskutil partitionDisk GPT APFS "Macintosh HD" 70% FAT32 WINDOWS 30%

I just pressed the Install button on the "Recovery Assistant" and this popped up.
