Intel UHD 630 Graphics showing 3 MB of VRAM and weird display resolution

I've been messing with this all day and I can't get it to work with any combination I've tried. On boot, I get [IGPU] Graphics driver failed to load: could not register with Framebuffer driver! and when I get into macOS the screen is wide with a 1024x768 resolution, instead of 1920x1080, it shows I have 3 MB of VRAM, which isn't correct, my other display through HDMI isn't detected and just mirrors what's on my main screen, and I have some graphical glitches, especially seen in search bars with lines through them and Safari tabs flickering. I've tried using https://Dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Post-Install/gpu-patching/intel-patching/vram.html but I don't understand what it's saying, I'm still new to this.

These are the values I started with using the guide.
