Hackintosh with NVIDIA Optimus?

Hi Hackintoshers.

I've got a Dell Precision 7710 and after reading the OpenCore guide, I wouldn't have much of a problem with a Hackintosh if it weren't for having Optimus. I've got both Intel HD Graphics 530 along with my Quadro M4000M. Has anyone had any luck getting their Hackintosh to work with Optimus without having to go strictly dedicated or integrated GPU? I want to keep both since I plan to have both MacOS and Windows.
