If anyone has made a build in this PC before I'm asking for your help. I have Catalina running on my OptiPlex 3020 build running HD 4600 Graphics. I would like to install a GPU in it but my GT 1030 won't drive properly due to support. And as you might know the OptiPlex only supports half height PCI cards AND single slot. Which rules out a lot of options while still having a hefty amount of GPUS to sift over. So really I'm just asking if anyone has had this build on this machine and installed a GPU for CATALINA if you could let me know which you chose so it can help me decide. Thanks for your help.
