Cannot AirPlay my audio from my Hackintosh to HomePod since macOS Big Sur 11.0.1

Hi guys, I've just upgraded my Hackintosh to macOS Big Sur 11.0.1 from macOS Catalina. On Catalina, my Hackintosh was able to stream audio from my Mac to HomePod, but after the upgrade, I can't stream audio or even connect to it anymore. The "HomePod" option disappears from the Sound menu. AirPlay function in Music app could see the HomePod but can't connect to it. It said: "The AirPlay device “Bedroom” cannot be found on your network. Please verify your network settings and AirPlay configuration or select another device." but I'm guaranteed that my Hackintosh and the HomePod is in the same network and it works fine on Catalina.

My HomePod still works fine with my iPhone (music controlling and sound casting) and I can still use the Home App in the Mac to control the HomePod.
