big sur wifi and hdd don't work

hi

i have 2 problem with Big Sur

first :

i have 2 usb wifi and detect in Big Sur but any no work

​

two :

i have 4 hdd and ssd

1 ssd

3 hdd

only 1 hdd work and show partitions

before update to Big Sur i on sierra and work all hdd and partition after update to Big Sur only 1 hdd work

when go windows 10 show me all partitions on all hdd and ssd

please guide me fo fix
