Went through the update process through Catalina, OC 0.6.3, all kexts updated, AMD Experimental Patch for 17h in config.plist. The only thing I did different was to pick the drive in the BIOS for the upgrade after the initial reset, once it was complete, the OC picker worked as it should. A HUGE thank you to all those involved in this community to make the process as straightforward as it has been!
